الوظيفة الأولى : Accountant

Accountabilities /Position summary:

· Review the month-end trial balance for any obvious omissions or differences
· Prepares required external audit reports as directed by the Chief Accountant and responds to inquires as necessary
· Prepare company financial statements to be submitted to official external auditor for signature
· Maintains fixed asset records and control
· Review all invoices issued by billing section
· Ensure constant follow-up and collection of outstanding invoices from customers within credit period
· Ensure bank accounts reconciled and reviewed on a weekly basis
· Payment review and ensure all payments are approved according to the authorization matrix
· Responsible on tax related tasks
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Requires a college degree in Accounting, English section
· Requires at least five years of progressively more responsible general accounting and finance experience, preferably in an Audit firm
· Requires a general understanding of accounting principles and transactions
· Requires a thorough knowledge and understanding of revenue and banking processes and procedures
· Requires the ability to interpret applicable company policies and procedures, applying them consistently and without discrimination
· Familiar with Hedge accounting
· Must have general knowledge of IFRS and EAS
· Fluent in English
· IFRS, CMA or CPA certificates will be an Assets

الوظيفة الثانية :Administration Assistant

Accountabilities /Position summary:

* Handling Facility activities Canteen , Pest control , Cleaning , House Keepin
* Provide and support to all SCCT Department with required services (technical & services supports).
* Ensure pantry areas are kept fully supplied.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

* Requires completion of a college degree ( Tourism & Hotel ) and specific training in office administration procedures
* Requires at least three years of progressively more responsible administrative work experience
* A high level of understanding of office procedures is essential.
* A high level of understanding of food & Beverage procedures is essential
* A general understanding of basic accounting principles is essential.
* A general understanding of basic business practices is essential.
* Must have excellent knowledge of English grammar, spelling and punctuation and basic math.
* Requires excellent computer skills, including keyboard and all associated software.
* Must have basic organizational and planning skills, so that work flow is managed efficiently and accurately.
* Must have a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and other related applications.
* Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of co-workers and individuals.
* Must be able to handle matters of company business with confidentiality and integrity.
* Must be able to use various office machines, such as copy machine, facsimile machine, etc
* Must have sound knowledge & ability to use a multi-line telephone system




الوظيفة الثالثة : CCTV Operator

Accountabilities /Position summary:

* Monitoring the fence walls in /out area by rotating the cameras
* Watching the pop up movements of all cameras and knowledge all of them in cooperation with security supervisors /officers
* In charge of operating and maintaining CCTV system
* Preparing the required reports for different events and violations in order to ensure the proper system usage.
* Monitoring the hall system and immediately inform the security Supervisors about any security or safety violation, accident, breaches or suspicious movements occur within the terminal.
* Maintain and update detection area for all cameras under supervision of system administrator.
* Assist and rotate the receptionist position when asked and keep updated about all instructions related to the access control system
* Ensure that all security guards are in place
* Other delegated tasks as required from the Security Manager


Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

* University graduate.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Minimum 2 years experience in communications skills.
* Computer Literate. Familiar with Microsoft office applications.
* Good organizational and communication abilities, professional mannerism, and well presented.
* Capable of maintaining records & discretion with confidential material.









الوظيفة الرابعة : Fire Fighter

Accountabilities /Position summary:

* Gives regular proper education Fire fighting during the introduction/training phase of the new employees
* The Fire Fighter have to constant and sincere effort to indoctrinate and train all employees in each aspect of safety awareness necessary to establish proper behavioural control.
* Fire Fighter shall continuously demonstrate a personal concern for all employees' well being through personal example, continuous scrutiny for unsafe acts and hazardous conditions, listening to complaints, positive enforcement of safety rules, and an overall commitment to the Health and Safety Program.
* Each Fire Fighter has to be sincerity in promoting good effective in all health and safety requiring,
* Fire Fighter shall understand and accept their obligation to abide by and promote safe work habits.
* Responsible for immediate response in case of fire emergency within the terminal, also responsible for awareness of fire safety for all employees, should be example of Safety discipline for all staff
